1. Return/Refund Policy
We are happy to accept return within 14 days for “unused”, unopened and undamaged packages, however, to request a refund or replacement please contact us first by email and indicate the reason for your return. You will have to pay return postage and we will refund your money after inspection of returned goods/items. We are not liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit and therefore, recommend you to obtain proof of posting for reference. In case any products, out of stock or wrong product delivered , customer will get a coupon of equivalent amount which can be used in next order. if you are not at home and packet returned back to us, you , we can resend packet for additional payment of 14,99 euro, if you do not want good any more,then we will get refund after our process and shipping charges deducted. All Claims are process latest by 1st week of following month.
a- Shipment in Germany
- All orders placed today until 9PM will be dispatched within 24 hours to you after the payment confirmation and usually it takes 2 working days after we dispatch your order, however some time it may take up to 4-5 working days, depending upon work load with DHL and Holidays seasons etc.
- Shipment is free of cost for purchase value over 49 euros if no promotion going on by Taj Grocery

- The shipment sent to you by us covers the insurance up to 500 euros worth, in case your received packet contents are damaged, Please this physically to your nearest DHL station and send us pictures via email with order number reference in email subject.
- You will pay shipment cost of 4,99 euros per packet if purchase value is less than 49 euros.
- This cost of shipment is applicable only in Germany. We may need additional time if the item of your choice is out of stock and we will inform you if we can send the missing item later without any extra shipping cost.
- The shipment can be cancelled or denied by us due to any unfavorable circumstances or blockage, in that case 100% of your paid amount will be refunded.
- Maximum weight we ship in Germany in one shipment will be 30 Kg. Please pay attention to weight limit per order.
- If the package due to non-availability of the address or recipient, could not be delivered, then buyer will have to pay cost of 4,99 euro for re-sending in Germany.
